State Bank of India, started the written test for 11,000 clerical positions all over India on November 8th 2009.The exams were conducted in two sessions - Morning & Afternoon.The next batch of candidates will take their tests on November 15th & November 22nd (Sundays) in two sessions.With more than 36 lakh applications received,this could well be the largest recruitment drive conducted in India.
Call Letters for SBI Written Exam : SBI have sent call letters/hall tickets to all candidates eligible for written test.Incase you have not received the call letter,download the duplicate call letter from this website, by providing your Registration Number,Password(Sent to your email) or Date of Birth.
Exam Date/Venue/Time details : SBI has also introduced SMS facility to know your Examination Venue,Date & Time.To know all this,send a SMS in this format : SBI your-registration-no to 56161
Documents Required : Candidates have to carry the following items to the examination centre :
* Call Letter with Photograph
* Original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan) OR letter from the Bank’s branch where fee was deposited in case of loss of challan.
On Nov 8th,some centers had the facility of taking photographs in the venue ,incase the candidates have forgot to bring the photograph
