Applications are invited for filling up the following posts at Directorate of Sorghum Research (Indian Council of Agricultural Research), Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.

1. T-3 (Field Technician) (under Field/Farm Technicians Group in Category-II) , Posts : 03 (OBC-2, UR-1)
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + 2800 (GP)
Age : 18 to 30 years
Qualification : Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or any other branch of life science relevant to agricultural research or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Desirable: Proven experience in any of the following areas: Familiarity and experience in (i) Biotechnology (ii) computer applications in agriculture (iii) Operations and of analytical equipment, data analysis and (iv) agronomy of field crops

2. T-3 (Computer Assistant) (under Laboratory Technicians Group in Category-II), Posts : 01 (OBC)Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + 2800 (GP)
Age : 18 to 30 years
Qualification : Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Desirable: MCA, Experience in Computer Applications in Agriculture

3. T-1 (Fieldman) (under Field/Farm Technicians Group in Category-I), Posts : 01 (UR)
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + 2000 (GP)
Age : 18 to 30 years
Qualification : Matriculate with at least one year Certificate in Agriculture from recognized institution.Desirable: Skills to operate and maintain all farm equipments and utilities and aptitude for serving researchers engaged in agricultural Research & Development

4. Stenographer Gr.III , Posts : 01 (OBC)
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + 2400 (GP)
Age : 18 to 27 years
Qualification : Matriculation or its equivalent. Professional Efficiency: The candidates will be given one dictation test in English at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes. The candidates will be required to transcribe the matter in 65 minutes. Desirable: Computer knowledge, secretarial skills especially on business communications, and soft skills to handle correspondence, liasioning.
