Job Description

1. Allocation of roles & circles to the team members.
2. Coordination with Client (Vodafone)
3. Coordination with Vendor (ex. ATOS)
4. Providing SLA reports.
5. Raising CR / ISR to vendor.
6. Providing RCAs

• 0-2 years with two years as team member
• Minimum 16 years of education required
• Required Skills – Technical and Non Technical
• SQL/PLSQL
• UNIX
• BSCS
• Java skills
• Oracle 8i, 10g
