BSNL Recruitment for 1000 Junior Accounts Officers

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL) is one largest public sector organization in India specializing in telecom services.BSNL also stands 7th among world`s largest telecommunication companies.BSNL is now recruiting for 1000 Junior Accounts Officer(JAO),soon after releasing the results of BSNL JTO exam.

Post – Vacancies – Payscale :

Junior Accounts Officer – 1000 posts (UR-453, SC-195, ST-99, OBC-253) – Rs.16400 to 40500. Minimum – Rs.20,500.

Dates : Last date for sending filled Applications – December 15 2009

Expected month of written examination – February/March 2010

Eligibility : Candidates interested to apply for BSNL JAO post,

* Should be of the age between 20yrs –30yrs only (+5yrs for SC/ST,+3yrs for OBC)

* Should be either a qualified Chartered Accountant OR a qualified Company Secretary OR a qualified Cost & Works Accountant OR M.Com (Master of Commerce) (Note : Candidates must posses the certificates of qualification as on 31.12.09 & final yr/final semester/ intermediate/ foundation level candidates are not eligible to apply)

Selection : The selection process for the job will have an objective examination conducted on All India basis, in two papers – 1) General English & General Aptitude/Awareness 2) Financial & Commercial Accounts – Total of 450 marks.

Candidates securing the minimum qualifying marks will move to next state of recruitment.

Application : The examination fee of Rs.1000 (No Fee for SC/ST/PH) has to be paid in the form of demand draft/pay order drawn in favor of Accounts Officer(Cash), O/o CGM, NTR, New Delhi payable at New Delhi.The application form can be download from BSNL website www.bsnl.in.The filled in applications,along with the DD has to be sent to the mentioned address on or before 15.12.2009.
