Visakhapatnam Steel Plant(VSP),popularly known as Vizag Steel is one of the largest and leading integrated Steel Plant in India.The company is recruiting 329 Junior Trainees.Although the company prefers to recruit only male candidates,female candidates can apply for vacancies in Electronics & Instrumentation branch only.

Age limit – between 18yrs & 25yrs (SC/ST – 30yrs,OBC- 28yrs)

Qualifications : Candidates must have the following educational qualifications,

* Senior Secondary School(SSC) with ITI (or) Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical,Electrical,Electronics & Instrumentation,Civil.

* Gen/OBC - should have scored minimum 60% marks in ITI or Diploma in engg..

* SC/ST – should have scored minimum 50% marks in ITI or Diploma in engg.

Selection : The selection process for junior trainee recruitment in Vizag steel will have Written test in general aptitude & specific branch of study.Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.

Application : Application fees of Rs.300(only for General/OBC candidates) has to be paid to the mentioned a/c at any SBI branches through challan.The counterfoil,journal number of the receipt has to be provided while applying for the post online through the website of vizag steel.
