The Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission is an Autonomous Body set up under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. IPC invites applications for filling up of the following posts :


Principal Scientific Officer : 02 posts,
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade pay Rs. 7600
Essential Qualification : Non-Medical – Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Bio-chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemistry/Pharmacology/Microbiology from recognized University, with Ph. D. in any of the related fields.

Senior Scientific Officer : 02 posts,
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600
Essential Qualification– Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Bio-chemistry/Biotecnology/Chemistry/Pharmacology/Microbiology from a recognized University.

Store Officer : 01 post,
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400
Essential Qualification : i) Graduate degree in any discipline preferably in Commerce; ii) PG Diploma in Material Management/retails management of related field from recognized institution with not less than three years of experience in similar capacity in any Government/Autonomous Body/Reputed private organization; and iii) Good knowledge of computer application

Stenographer, Gr. I : 01 post on deputation,
Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4200
Essential Qualification : i) Graduate degree in Science, Arts or Commerce; ii) Speed in short hand of 100 w.p.m. Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. (English); and iii) Knowledge of computer applications especially MS Office and other programmes.
