* Age of 18 - 28 years as on 1.07.2010

* Pass in 10+2 (12th) with 60% marks OR Degree in any discipline, as on 1.07.2010

* Be able to read/write/speak the official language of the state applied.

* Working knowledge in computers (MS-Office) is essential.
