Applications are invited from Indian citizens for engaging 2 (two) contractual Project Scientists ‘C’ in the consolidated emolument of Rs.38,000/- (fixed) for engaging on Project Mode (Contract) basis in the Atmospheric Science Division of Ministry of Earth Sciences for a period one year.
Project Scientists ‘C’ , Posts : 02 (two)
Remuneration Rs.38000/- (fixed)
Qualification :
Master’s Degree or equivalent in any branch of Meteorology/Atmospheric Sciences/Physics/Geology/ Geophysics/Mathematics from a recognized university with at least first class (60%) at Post
Graduation level.
AND Three years experience in the field of Atmospheric Science and allied areas/data handling. Familiarity with UNIX Fortran. Research Scholars who have done/completed their Ph.D or at lest submitted their thesis would be considered equal to 3 years work experience. OR (ii) M.Tech degree and two years experience in the relevant field as per above. OR (iii) Ph.D in relevant field as per above and familiarity in UNIX Fortran
