applications are invited for following positions :

Chief Librarian,General State Service, Group-B, Post :01
PAY : Rs.6500-200-10500/- plus other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1 possess a degree in Library Science of a Statutory University or a post-graduate diploma in Library Science of a Statutory University or Board or faculty and thereafter
2 possess practical experience as a Librarian or equivalent or higher post for not less than three
years.
3 preference may be given to the candidates possessing Master's degree in Library Science

Application must be submitted on the form supplied by the Commission for Direct Recruitment.
Price of Application Form along with Prospectus is Rs.100
FEE :-
1 For Open category candidates - Rs.400/-
2 For Backward Class candidates - Rs.200/-
3 Fee should be paid in the Post Office by cash alongwith Application.

The duly filled up Application Form along with required fee will be accepted only at any of the designated Post Offices mentioned in the prospectus in their working hours on or before 11 th February, 2009
